Instructions: - 1) Have all items necessary to complete assembly on decorating table.
- 2) Place cake layer on cake board.
- 3) Using EZ Icer with Rich's® Bettercreme®, base ice cake then smooth sides with cake comb.
- 4) Using 22 Tip with Rich's® Green Bettercreme®, pipe border on top and bottom of cake.
- 5) Place Necco® candy on cake.
- 6) Sprinkle multi-colored sequins on cake.
- 7) Place layon on cake.
- 8) Note: You can use any of the Rich's® Colored Bettercreme® icings (suggestion-use Easter colors).
