  • 1) Split cake layer. Place one half on board and secure poly-band around layer with tape.
  • 2) Using #8 Tip, fill with Rich's® Caramel Bettercreme® and place other half layer on top.
  • 3) Using #8 Tip, pipe large Caramel Bettercreme® border around top edge.
  • 4) Fill center with Apple filling.
  • 5) Drizzle heated (115º) Classic Caramel Icing around edge.
  • 6) Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
