Instructions: - 1) Have all items need to complete assembly on decorating table.
- 2) Layout cupcakes in design shown. Pipe a small amount of Bettercreme® on the bottom of each cupcake to hold it in place.
- 3) Using #12 Tip with white Bettercreme®, ice cupcakes and smooth with spatula.
- 4) Using #12 Tip with dark blue Bettercreme®, pipe the shoes, mittens, and three buttons, as shown.
- 5) Using #12 Tip with red Bettercreme®, pipe the snowman's hat and bands on the shoes and mittens.
- 6) Using #12 Tip with orange Bettercreme®, pipe the carrot nose.
- 7) Using #48 Tip with light blue Bettercreme®, pipe the scarf.
- 8) Using #12 Tip with yellow Bettercreme®, pipe the buttons on the hat and scarf.
- 9) Using #133 Tip with yellow Bettercreme®, pipe the fringe of the scarf.
- 10) Using #7 Tip with white Bettercreme®, pipe the stiching of the buttons, and bands on the mittens and shoes.
- 11) Using #7 Tip with black Bettercreme®, pipe the eyes and mouth of the snowman to finish.

- 4) Base ice cupcakes (except for the tree trunk) with Rich's® Green Bettercreme® using EZ Icer.
- 5) Using Rich's® Chocolate Bettercreme®, to create tree trunk.
- 6) Sprinkle Red & Green Jimmies on Christmas tree.
- 7) Add the assorted holiday picks as shown.
- 8) Note: When pull-a-part cupcakes are produced production style, they may be frozen.
